As Wenpower CIC reflects on the 2025 year end, it is evident that this has been a period of meaningful progress, growing impact, and deepened community engagement. The organisation has continued to strengthen its role as a trusted provider of trauma-informed support, coaching, and inclusive development programmes, reaching a wide range of individuals and communities across the UK and beyond.

Over the past year, Wenpower has supported over 150 individuals through workshops, coaching, and development programmes, alongside more than 60 individuals and families who received targeted trauma-informed coaching and wellbeing support. These engagements have not only expanded the organisation’s reach but have also delivered measurable impact. Participant feedback consistently reflects high levels of satisfaction, with approximately 85% reporting improved confidence and wellbeing, 80% demonstrating increased awareness of inclusion and equality, 75% experiencing enhanced cross-cultural communication, and 70% reporting improved life direction, opportunities, or mental health outcomes.

In addition to group-based interventions, Wenpower has continued to expand its work into more complex, individualised cases. This includes successfully supporting individuals navigating challenging personal and professional circumstances, as well as acting as a conflict resolution mediator in situations involving professional employees and employers. These interventions have required a high level of sensitivity, professionalism, and cultural competence, and have resulted in positive outcomes that have helped restore relationships, rebuild trust, and support individuals in moving forward constructively.

The organisation’s work has been delivered through a range of community and public engagement initiatives, including wellbeing programmes, educational workshops, and collaborative events. These have provided safe and inclusive spaces for dialogue, learning, and personal development, further reinforcing Wenpower’s commitment to empowering communities through practical and culturally responsive approaches.

A significant milestone for the organisation has been the successful award of funding from the National Lottery Community Fund. This marks an important step forward in Wenpower’s growth and sustainability. The funding will support the delivery of the Generational Health Programme, a transformative initiative designed to address wellbeing, resilience, and long-term community empowerment. The programme is expected to run over a period of 12 months and beyond, with further details to be shared separately. This achievement reflects both the strength of Wenpower’s vision and the increasing recognition of its impact within the wider community and funding landscape.

While the year has brought notable successes, it has also reinforced the importance of resilience, adaptability, and strategic focus. Operating within a resource-constrained environment has required careful prioritisation and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. These experiences have strengthened the organisation’s foundations and continue to shape its approach to sustainable growth.

Looking ahead to 2026, Wenpower remains focused on building on this momentum. The organisation will continue to expand its programmes, strengthen partnerships, and deepen its impact within communities. With a clear sense of purpose and an increasing platform for delivery, Wenpower is well positioned to continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of those it serves.

The year 2025 has demonstrated that with the right balance of expertise, compassion, and determination, small organisations can achieve significant impact. As Wenpower moves forward, it does so with confidence, guided by its mission to empower individuals, strengthen communities, and contribute to a more inclusive and equitable society.
