Mental health support should be accessible to everyone. Yet for many people, barriers can make it difficult to find, access or engage with the right support when they need it.

On Friday 27 November 2026, Wenpower CIC invites you to join us at Grange Pavilion, Cardiff, from 9:30am–3:00pm for our free Breaking Barriers: Improving Mental Health

Access for All Conference.

This will be a welcoming and inclusive day bringing together community members, people with lived experience, health and wellbeing professionals, public-sector organisations, community and voluntary organisations, and other partners to learn from one another and explore practical ways of improving mental health and wellbeing. Eventbrite

The conversation will go beyond simply identifying the challenges. We want to explore what we can do differently—from prevention and early intervention to trauma-informed practice, reducing inequalities, strengthening community-based support and improving collaboration between services and the communities they serve.

Attendees can expect guest speakers, powerful lived-experience stories, opportunities for discussion and connection, useful information and resources, followed by a relaxing sound bath wellbeing experience. Lunch and refreshments will also be provided. Eventbrite

Whether you have lived experience, work in health or public services, support communities, or simply care about improving mental health and wellbeing, your voice belongs in this conversation.
