We Npower is a not-for-profit organisation focused on empowering the community through person centred tailored support and supporting organizations that seek growth or refocussing.

 

 

We work with

1. Families struggling with support mainly those with children diagnosed with neuro development disorder.

 

2. People seeking support mainly on matters regarding racism in work, imposter syndrome and any personal development.

3. People struggling with confidence issues to return to work environments after long breaks, due to illness or other reasons.

4. People dealing with or struggling with past traumatic events and Mental Health issues.

We believe that individuals, families, communities, businesses, and society in general deserve better value, but support is not always fully matched to needs and support. We have a wealth of experience to help you access that support.
